Federal Chaos

We’re in the midst of the first hundred days Trump Ver.2.0. Most of us, correction, probably everyone is flabbergasted at the seemingly illegal use of Executive Orders and yet so many, in an effort to justify their vote, are making excuses for the chaotic effort by this administration. The do-nothing Congress has pushed all of the highest-level nominees through with the exception of one, Matt Gaetz. I’m pretty sure that those in Congress couldn’t stomach the allegations against him and in the end, he removed himself from consideration. But the rest of Team Chaos has been pushed through with little opposition by anyone in the Republican party, sans Mitch McConnell. Of course, this is only because he has announced he isn’t seeking re-election. I have no idea why several others that have declared the same, have chosen to remain puppets to their Orange Lord, but I suspect they all come from seats in jeopardy of being lost in about a year and half. The most amazing thing to me is that the Congressional people are happy giving up their roles to the executive branch and his little sidekick, F-Elon Musk. Every bit of the savings expected from the agency and employee removals don’t come close to the amount of loans and aid given to Musk’s Space-X and Tesla programs. Frankly, who really gives a shit about his space aspirations, and it sickens me that I have to use his Starlink internet service because it is the only access to the internet.

This brings to mind George Carlins’ economic and social breakdown of this country. Upper Class keeps all of the money and pays none of the taxes. The Middle Class pays all of the taxes and does all of the work. The Poor are there just to scare the hell out of the Middle Class. I also remember seeing something recently that talked about calling people socialist. The top one percent use social aid via loans and grants to further their businesses and companies and we call it furthering the economic wealth of the country and that sometime down the road, that point we’ve been chasing since GOP started pushing trickle-down, the profits will become betterment for us via benefits, pay, and through healthcare. Of course, it never happens. The one-percenters are also the ones pushing the idealism, negatively, that the idea of anyone using any of the social programs as being socialists. I heard these programs make up less than two percent of the budget annually when social security is removed. In fact, most of the cuts DOGE and Musk are making are saving an estimated $55 billion towards a $34 trillion debt. But none of this is about saving money, it’s about cutting so-called social programs that drive so many of the GOP nuts. Its all for petty show and a distraction from the more damaging things happening without our knowledge until its too late. What does scare me is if this idiotic efficiency organization gets access to social security, Medicare being a part of that, we are doomed. Medicaid has already been affected, so why would the clumsy nature of the chainsaw approach of slashing things be any different on social security and Medicare. When people stop getting their checks from SS, it will be interesting to see the uprising surely to come. But of course, they have already created the jobs for these people, apparently there is a shortage of field workers, landscapers, construction workers, waiters, dishwashers, etc. All these people that tout no one should receive free money, and welfare will be the ones losing it and working until they die picking peanuts. The problem with so many in this country is that they are great at identifying what they don’t like about something, however, never think about consequences that will come from the action suggested. But they will be learning soon enough. It took the Nazi’s to overthrow of the German republic government less than six months to eliminate a constitutional government and make it a dictatorship government. People don’t think it could happen here, but wake-up, it’s in the process and they have a head-start without much opposition.

What I have noticed though is people like Warren Buffet turning a lot of his stocks holdings into cash. He certainly is seeing a trend and I’m sure he’ll look for rebounds in the market that look sustainable enough to make money at a later date. It should be a sign for us to look at our personal holdings and safeguard our money and move holdings into short-term safer positions. We need stability, and there doesn’t seem to be any on the horizon. There are more moves I’m looking at in the upcoming week, all as protections for us.

I’ve long been an island person, in other words, if you piss me off, you’re off my island with little chance of coming back. I’ve become very much so towards this government and where I live, it isn’t just at the federal level. My state and local governments have their heads so into justification of what’s going on that by the time they realize and accept that they were wrong, it will be too late.

In one month, Trump has hit just about every petty grievance he has and is now working on those of his base. At some point are they actually going to try and codify his highness’ orders? God, I hope not, but what will it take for people to act and stop the takedown of the Constitution? With the ego’s involved, I’m sure it will be too late and impossible to fully turn around. I never would wish harm on anyone, but I do fear actions being taken by this administration that will generate enough hate to cause someone, some organization, some black-ops, or some red-neck that just gets pissed to try. Throughout our history radical maneuvers have always been met with a resistance and usually by their own constituency and certainly politically motivated. More so, someone like Musk going around with an axe and a big grin thinking the world is backing him and the arrogance on display as direct message of telling people that they can’t do anything about him. Untouchable? It seems so, but history has always proven the opposite and has reined in these extreme people. I just want the lunacy to end. They act like fourteen-year-olds in defiance of an older generation. The problem is and I suspect will be found out is all the real power lies in those unseen, and the stooges out front are there for the distraction. Congress trembles at the prospect of not getting elected again. Primaried as they are calling it. Career politicians are not what our founding fathers wanted nor expected, probably in fear of what exactly is being seen today. Nobody works for their constituency; they simply appease those that can get them re-elected. Politics has become one of the most unproductive, money driven, criminal organizations there are. At least the mob had a code they lived by. SCARRY TIMES AHEAD!

Taking a moment to let you know I will try to write more. I’ve been battling some health issues that I hope I’m on a turn from. I feel better but still have a few minor things to work out. Bear with me as I continue to recover and in time, I’ll be back to weekly submissions.
