What the Hell Trump?

I’ve been trying to avoid talking about our dunce of a president, but it has become so blatantly clear that this man must be the stupidest person on earth. The sycophants he surrounds himself with have not self esteem and seems their sole mission is to act like twelve-year olds and do and say only what Papa Trump tells them. They are such a blight on this country that it has become embarrassing every day he opens his mouth. We lowered ourselves to referring to his commentary as scripted and unscripted thinking the worst of things said are when he goes off script. But as we found with his speech to the UN delegation, his scripted message is just as offensive especially with the rhetoric of war crime threat made. How long do we have to wait for the backlash of society to say, “enough is enough Mr. President!”.

We are in a war he said he would never start, promise not met. He said he would lower healthcare costs, promise not met. He said he would resolve the Ukraine and Russia war, promise not met. He said he would lower the costs of groceries, promise not met. He said he would lower the cost of beef while increasing the dependence on the US rancher, promise not met. He said he would create a better border control, promise not met. He said he would increase business opportunity for the small business owner, promise not met. In fact, the only thing he has been able to accomplish is to line his and his families pockets with additional billions of dollars, receive numerous gifts he claims are for him personally, and to make the American billionaires richer. What he has accomplished that would positive is the no taxation on tips, but that is sadly overshadowed and diminished by the increase of everything we have to utilize in our day to day lives. He is ruining the American dream for us all and he doesn’t care and he certainly doesn’t understand that if the stock market goes up, there is only a small portion of citizens that invest and now the market downturn is wiping away any positive outcome we did experience in the last twenty months. Like the first time around, he’ll claim the markets were better under him than any other president, but the reality will be just about every president in the past 20 or so years has outperformed him. We need a way out of this mess and our WTF president is not presenting any options that will get us there, in fact, he goes on tour and says stupid things like the word affordability is a brand new word and has not merit in his eyes and says with a strait face that his economy is the best of all time. This is the sycophant part of the problem in that they feed him all the bullshit and only the bullshit he wants to hear and claims it is the only truth and that we are all fools for not believing him.

We left a few days ago on a vacation that had been planned for a year and as we drove west across the country, we watched the prices of fuel climb from $3.69 a gallon in East Texas to north and south of the $6.00 mark for regular unleaded. Diesel in East Texas was running $5.56 when we left and we have seen a few places where it is $10 a gallon. Our food prices were higher everywhere, our lodging expenses were higher, in fact the only thing we have seen in price reduction is the rental car at our destination for vacation. I can only think that is due to no one renting them because of the fuel prices and it’s much cheaper to use Uber or Lift to get to the resort and then stay on the grounds or walk to corner stores instead of driving to bigger grocers and discount stores like Costco and Sam’s Club.

I suspect we’ll have a great time, but we’ll spend more time on the resort and less time enjoying the island and what it has to offer. Our highlight so far was having to stop in the middle of the road as an ICE agent was running after their so-called illegal person. I don’t know for sure if there is anything that was guilty about this person other than running, but it wasn’t the agent who caught him, it was the Arizona State patrolman that whipped his car in front of the man. We did find it comical to watch the ICE agent run trying to hold his pants up and his vest down. I kept expecting for his gun to fall out or something. It definitely bordered on keystone cop stuff.

Trump is out of control! He is resistant to reality and belittles anyone that doesn’t agree with his lies. Now he tried to eliminate press credentials again and again the same judge has ruled that those credentials must be reinstated now. His only option would be to ban all press from the White House, but we all know he is too egotistical to not have press coverage and the attention. Please for all mankind Mr. President, pull your head out of your proverbial ass and do something good for the rest of us, it’s in your power, you only have to actually care about the Americans you were elected to serve, not the other way around.
